A former Harlequin and England International rugby player.
His club career with Harlequins is pretty spectacular where he won the player of the year award in consecutive occasions for Harlequins in 2004/05 and 2005/06 which got him noticed enough to get him a call for the England training squad for the 2007 World Cup.
During his international career he became the first no. 8 player to have scored four tries in a match for England in a match against Wales which England won by a margin of 62-5.
In the 2008 Six Nations tournament, he was named the Man of the Match in the game against France, which England won 24-13.
